TSBD TYPE

It consists of a metal band to be applied around flange coupling. Being fully realized of AISI stainless steel this basic version of metallic flange guards, can be applied on a wide variety of cases such as aggressive chemicals and high pressure fluids. Laser cutting and mechanical bending procedures guarantee absence of sharp edges and borders for complete safety during handling and operations. It can be optionally equipped with a sealing tape and a drainage system to improve tightness and allow collection of fluid in case of high pressure release. Lateral centering lips allow perfect fitting in both horizontal and vertical positions, closures are generally made with bolting and anti-release locking so that vibrations and thermal movements do not affect tightness of safety flange shield. Furthermore a metallic net for fluid condensation may be installed as an option.
